Stage one clearance complete

If you thought that the Hemingford Regatta boats felt heavy to row - try lifting them. The rope wasn't quite as heavy! Another big team effort this weekend and we have cleared the site and moved the boats to safety, ready for the eventual rebuild. One or two things to do before then, though...
